Asian Style Slaw


To make the dressing, in a small bowl add olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, crushed garlic, brown sugar and mix well.

In a large bowl add cabbage, carrot, spring onion, snowpeas cut or ripped in half, coriander, bean shoots, alfalfa and toss to mix in well. Dress salad before serving and top with cashew nuts, chilli and sesame seeds.
