Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it? I saw an opportunity to transform a traditional sushi shop in Eastgate into something truly unique: a vibrant, modern space where the artistry of Japanese animation meets the freshness and health of contemporary sushi. Our shop aims to provide everyday fresh, healthy food and catering solutions.
What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Sushi hand rolls, nigiri bento boxes, poke bowls and hot bowls are very popular.

What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment? Our newly created Rainbow Sushi Rolls and Bento Boxes are my favourite and part of 'Proud Products' to support this year’s Madi Gras Initiative.

Choose four adjectives to describe yourself? Friendly, enthusiastic, creative and hardworking.

How long have you been working here and what do you enjoy about this centre?

I’ve been part of the Eastgate family for 6 years now. It’s customer-friendly environment is my favourite part of the shopping centre.

What are your interests, any hobbies or mad obsessions? Cooking, reading and writing are my personal hobbies.

What products or services do you offer and what makes them unique?

We specialise in a diverse range of sushi including white, brown and black rice sushi products, as well as poke salad bowls and hot bowls. The brown and black rice rolls as well as hot bowls are our unique feature - they are actually healthier than the traditional white rice.

What do you think makes Eastgate a great community and place to shop? The customer friendly, easy access of Eastgate shopping centre makes it a great community place for everyday shopping and food options.
